Tucked away in a rare ecological corridor, Havenroot is more than just land – it’s a living, breathing being. Rich with diverse landscapes, native flora, and wildlife, it offers a chance to reconnect with nature and reimagine our role in its care.
But like many sacred places, it’s been wounded. Much of the land around Havenroot, ours included, was logged in recent decades, leaving scars we’re still tending to. We’re not here to extract or exploit. We’re here to heal, restore, and protect.
We believe in coexistence over consumption. In honoring this land through education, community, and stewardship. And in building a regenerative future where everyone, regardless of background, can form a personal, hands-on relationship with the land that sustains us.
Why Become a Member?
Membership at Havenroot is more than access, it’s a commitment to land, community, and future generations. In return, you get to be part of something meaningful and enjoy incredible perks:
Land Access: Explore miles of natural beauty through hiking, camping, swimming, ziplining, and more, whenever the site isn’t booked for events.
Host & Attend Events: From LARPing and weddings to private retreats, races, or skillshares, the site is available for both personal and community events. (Some activities may include additional fees.)
Your Own Campsite: As a member, you can choose and help create your very own private campsite, yours to reserve for any Havenroot event or personal use.
Poolside Lockers: Keep your gear safe and ready to go for your next visit or weekend getaway.
Annual Gatherings: Get invited to members-only festivals, community work parties, performances, and seasonal celebrations that bring everyone together.

Membership Requirements
Becoming a member of Havenroot means becoming a member of the LLC—a co-owner in the shared care, vision, and responsibility of this land-based project. This isn’t just a subscription – it’s a real stake in something meaningful.
Monthly Investment Toward Ownership: Members contribute a minimum of $50/month, building toward a total investment of $10,000. Once you’ve contributed $10,000, you’re considered a fully vested member of the LLC, no further monthly investment is required. This structure keeps ownership equal, with all members reaching the same investment cap over time.
Monthly Site Use Fee—$10: In addition to your ownership investment, there’s a $10/month site use fee, which helps cover shared resources like lunches at monthly gatherings, porta-potty maintenance, utilities, and other site-upkeep essentials.
Participation Expectations: We strongly encourage all members to attend twice-yearly voting meetings, where key decisions about the LLC and the land are made. Monthly gatherings are a great way to connect, contribute, and co-create the space, but they are optional. That said, we love seeing your face there.
How to Become a Member of Savenroot, LLC
Becoming a member of Savenroot is a big step, and we want it to feel like the right one. Here’s how to join the LLC and begin your journey as a co-owner of this land-based project:
Step 1—Visit the Land: We highly recommend coming out to see Havenroot in person before committing. There’s nothing like walking the trails, sitting by the creek, and feeling into whether this place feels like yours too. To schedule a site visit please click here!
Step 2—Review the Paperwork: This isn’t just a handshake, it’s legal membership in the LLC that stewards Havenroot. Please read everything carefully and make sure you fully understand the responsibilities and rights of membership. Reach out with questions, we’re happy to walk you through it. Make sure to also email a copy of your valid driver’s license or state ID for verification. Once we receive everything, your application will be reviewed by the Round Table and, if approved, the paperwork will be signed by the Chief Executive Manager and officially processed.
